Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.

An active Adult home or one with children over 5 where she will get plenty of exercise
Someone home part of the day to continue her potty training
Everyone steady on their feet because she is a puppy and tends to get underfoot

Hey everyone, meet little girl Rowan! Rowan is a gorgeous black and white 7.5-lb, 9-week-old Terrier mix. Her mom is about 22 lbs (see photo below) and papa was a rolling stone so I don't know exactly how big she will get. You're going to be seeing a lot of pictures of little white pups that look similar, but all have very different personalities so read on!
Rowan is a leggy girl with her striking black and white coat! She is very brave and playful and absolutely loves to run and explore in the fenced backyard. She is just smart as a whip! After she gets all of her playing out, she will be happy to cuddle with you! Rowan would love to have another playful dog in her new home! Since she is a puppy, she has lots of energy and will be looking for an active home where she gets lots of exercise. No couch potatoes for this girl, and everyone should be steady on their feet since she loves to nibble your toes when you're walking! A fenced yard to run around in would be perfect for her!
Rowan is the absolute picture of health and the best puppy. She sleeps all night in a playpen with her siblings, eats dry kibble, and uses the potty pads that are in the playpen. She is starting to figure out that she should potty outside when I take her, but she's just beginning her outdoor potty training so you will have to be consistent with that. Be patient with her, she's just a puppy and there will be accidents! And she's mouthy with her sharp puppy teeth so be prepared for that as well!
She has had two sets of puppy shots so she will need two more rounds as well as her rabies vaccination. You should have all her shots completed around the end of February, and then you can take her everywhere! Until then, she needs to stay home.
Whew, that was a lot, but a new puppy is a lot! Of course they're worth every second of the extra work because there is nothing, and I mean nothing sweeter than puppy kisses ❤️
