My name is Boomer. I am a 10-month-old, 5-pound male Long-Haired Chihuahua. I love to dig into the toy bucket and play with small stuffies or a rope. I also like chasing a ball in the backyard. I will love taking a nap on your lap, so I hope you are ready to cuddle! My foster family says that I love attention and am so cute. I am very vocal when I want to play or want a treat. I am still working on my potty training, but have made great improvements recently. I love taking short walks on a leash and harness. I do wonderful in my kennel overnight, but would rather cuddle up in bed with you!
I would be great as an only dog or have another small dog to play with. You can take me with you on trips too! I love traveling in the car.
Remember I am a puppy and need an active adult home and you need to be very sure footed as I am little and underfoot!
When meeting new people I need a go slow approach and you will need to give me a bit of time to adjust. It does not take long and then I will be your best buddy. If you try to rush me I may nip. I am microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, neutered and current on flea and heartworm prevention.
