In Loving Memory

5/14/11 update: Check out my new video on YouTube!

Hey everyone--guess who? I'm Tidbit and hopefully you have been following my story as I am one of the dogs rescued from the Warren County puppy mill bust. I'm 4 pounds of male Chihuahua fun! The nice folks at SBRET took me in and now I'm feeling so much better.

My skin was so broken out and itchy and I had lost a lot of fur, but now it's coming back in a pretty white/caramel color. They think I'm around 6 years old, but sometimes I act more like a puppy. I love my food and being scratched on my back. It's pretty nice being held by my foster parents too. I still act afraid when you want to pick me up and new situations can be scary, but I understand coming from the situation I did, it's quite the norm. I am starting to get a bit more comfortable though. If I'm really scared, I may bark or might even try to nip, so I need a loving home where someone has the time to keep working with me about what it means to live in a home.

I am learning to use pee pads and will potty outside, but my foster mom thinks that needs some work too. I also like to run and play with my foster "sister", Piddy Pat, so I would probably do really well with another small friend. Hey if you think you might want two little buddies Piddy Pat and I make quite a fun duo! No children in the home for me and a quiet adult home with someone there most or part of the day will be what I need.

If you have the time and the heart for working with a little guy like me and want to provide me with a loving forever home, please call my friends at SBRET. My adoption fee is $175.
