Small Breed Rescue of East Tennessee

Mindy came to SBRET with a long history of helping out other rescue groups with transporting and fostering as well as being somewhat of a Chihuahua expert. Thank goodness because we have had more than our share of Chihuahuas come through our rescue this year. She has been very helpful with socializing frightened or abused Chihuahuas, and we are so grateful that she has agreed to foster for us. Thank you to all of Mindy's own furkids who have helped our little scared guys come around too!
