Small Breed Rescue of East Tennessee

This is one of our new volunteers, Louise, and her first foster dog, Pepper. Louise has been a wonderful addition to our rescue program and agreed to work with Pepper, who was an extremely stressed dog when he first came into the program. She worked with him diligently, and when he went to his final home, he acted like a totally different dog! Thanks, Louise, for all your hard work!
