In Memory of Sunshine
Sunshine came to us from a rural shelter and she won the hearts of the shelter workers in the short
period they had her. Unfortunately by the time she came to us she was in a lot of distress due to
a urinary blockage from a very large bladder stone. We had no option but to do surgery and it was
discovered that she also had an enlarged heart. She did make it through her surgery but passed
away at the vet's office the following day. Sunshine, we are so disappointed when we try to take
a little dog in to our care that was so neglected and were not able to give you a wonderful life
with a loving family. We hope you knew kindness and love in the two brief days we took care of
you. We will not forget.
