I have been so busy in my foster home I really haven't had time to check in and tell
you all about myself! Well, here goes--my name is Levi and I am a
2-3 year old male Jack Russell mix weighing only about 15 pounds. I was wandering a
neighborhood park for a couple weeks before someone took me to the shelter. Can you
believe no one came looking for such a handsome little guy as me? I found my way to
SBRET and now I am having a blast in my foster home.
I have 2 fur siblings and we do hang out and I get along fine with them. But my most
favorite thing to do is to play with my human and my toys--I just love playing with toys!
I am doing well on my housetraining and have learned to sit politely for my meals and
treats. I also like going for walks on a leash but do sometimes still want to chase
a bike when it goes by--hey old habits die hard. I like to go for car rides especially
if that means we are going to the park!
Don't I sound like a fun boy? The best home for me would be an adult only home or one
with children over 12. I seem to respond to men best and need a home who has had past
experience with the terrier breed and who loves our tenacious spirit! I do NOT need
a home where I have to be crated a lot because I have things to do and people to see!
However, crating at night for sleeping is just fine for me and I will go in no problem.
Now I know we have covered how much I love to play but I also like quiet lap time too.
So you see I am just an all around great little guy for the right home. If you think
