In Loving Memory

Smart, sassy and playful - that's me! My name is Eloise and I am a 6 lb. female Miniature Schnauzer puppy - probably between 10-12 weeks old. No one is sure how big I might become when an adult but most Miniature Schnauzer's grow up to be between 15-25 lbs. My ears and tail have not been cropped or docked so my foster mom calls me her "natural" Schnauzer and that makes be really unique. She says I am a nice combination of independent, confident, and loving.

I am learning house manners very quickly. I will potty outside but will do so inside as well if you don't get me out in time. I sleep in my crate at night and also for naps. I also like to nap beside you in a chair!

Let me tell you about all the things that I love: toys, natural bones, balls, things that squeak; my new family - people mean lots of petting and attention; other dogs - my foster family has two big Golden Retrievers, and they would say that I am a real pain as I think their wagging tails are things I should be biting and pulling on - they are also trying to teach me doggie manners.

My foster mom says that I have to emphasize to you that I am a Terrier and am a puppy which means that I need lots of patience, activity, and training. Because I still have all my baby teeth I can be sort of bitey with people so it would be best if I did not go to a family with very young children.

I want to go to a wonderful forever home with a family who will love and play with me. If you would like to adopt me, please contact my friends at SBRET. My adoption fee is $250.
