6/21/05 update: During the last several months SBRET has been going through a hard time financially. We have had a multitude of dogs with medical problems requiring more than the normal amount of medical care, which had resulted in our vet bill escalating to almost $2,000. Thanks to two VERY generous donations from Kitty Gilliam and Leann Hicks, we have been able to pay off a substantial amount of this vet bill! We are so thankful to Kitty and Leann, as well as the other generous SBRET supporters, who support us financially. We are also eternally thankful to our group of core volunteers that help us with the everyday tasks (you wouldn’t believe how much work it is) that are necessary in order to keep this rescue running. Thanks everyone!
