Hi! My name is Buffy and I’m a sweet little 3 year old female poodle. I weigh 11 lbs. and have a very
adorable underbite. I am one of the 12 famous poodles and I hope you’ve been following our story.
You can see from our pictures that life wasn’t so good
before but I am living it to the fullest now!
My foster mom is very impressed with my progress and says I’m a very fast learner. I’ve already learned to
walk on a leash and use pee pads, though I will need lots of patience and encouragement since I still make
mistakes sometimes. I sleep in my crate every night but would really love to sleep in the bed one day because
one of my favorite things to do is cuddle. I’m still learning to play with these things called toys but I
do love to dash around the house when I get really excited!
I still get a little nervous when meeting new people, especially men, but I warm up very quickly and
it isn’t long before I’m in your lap looking for love and attention. I love being held and would make
a perfect little lap dog for someone. Though it took some time for me to get used to having a foster
brother, we now are the best of friends. I would do fine in a home with other small dogs but would
really love it if I was the only dog and got to be the center of attention. Because I can get nervous
easily, I would prefer a home with older children.
