Hello everyone, my name is Anna, and I am a sweet little 3-1/2 pound, 12 week old Chihuahua/Terrier mix. My sister and I were being brought into the shelter in a cardboard box but luckily the shelter staff stopped them and called rescue. That is a good thing as it is very easy for an unvaccinated puppy to become very sick or die in a shelter.

I guess my people couldn't care for me or didn't want me, but I'm not mad. In fact, my mom says I am the sweetest, happiest, cutest, little snuggler she has ever seen. Every time she sees my little face, she picks me up so I can give her lots of kisses. I think my real name must be "irresistible", because that's what she says whenever she sees me. I like to play with my sister Hanna and the other dogs that live here, but I really just want to be wherever you are. I am not a fussy eater and love to crunch away on dry kibble, and I sleep all night in my warm, cozy bed in my playpen. I barked at the cats that live here, but I guess they didn't see my tail wagging, because they ran away!

I will use the potty pads in the house most of the time, and am getting better at going outside. I am teething right now; my mom calls my sister and me the little land-sharks because we play-bite her a lot, but that won't last for long.
