YWAC 2005 Rescue Appreciation Dinner

SBRET would like to say thanks to the Young-Williams Animal Center (YWAC) for inviting us to the YWAC Rescue Appreciation dinner on 6/26/05. Dr. Michelle Williams, Interim Director of the YWAC, Carmen Trammell of Peaceful Kingdom, and Dave Head, Knox County Animal Control Supervisor, were the featured speakers. We had a wonderful time meeting with other rescue groups, shelter staff, and fellow animal lovers.

SBRET is very lucky to be an approved rescue group at the YWAC. The shelter staff are always very supportive of our efforts and make every effort to help us save as many animals as we can. We want to offer a very special thanks to Karen Lively, YWAC Rescue Coordinator, who makes every effort to notify us and other rescue groups of animals in need. The YWAC should be very proud! We know we are! THANKS YWAC!
